City Administrator
Cathryn C. Thomas began as City Administrator for New Castle in March
of
2006. Her background includes serving as Town Supervisor (12 years) and
Town
Clerk/Tax Collector (10 years) in Webster, New York, an upstate suburb
of
Rochester.
Appointed by the New Castle City Council, she is responsible for the
day-to-day operations of the City and serves to support and advise many
City
committees.
Input from the City's residents, property and business owners is most
welcome, and part of the City's process in striving for continuous
improvement in service delivery.
