Notice of Public Hearing
An application has been filed by the New
Castle County School Employees’ Federal Credit Union,
equitable owners, for permission to alter an existing nonconforming
use pursuant to the Code of New Castle Section 230-10(C)
in order to convert the existing corporate offices of George
& Lynch to use as a federal credit union on property
located at 113 West 6th Street, New Castle, Delaware (tax
parcel number 2101500046), presently zoned Residential District
R-2.
For the purpose of considering this application, the Board
of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday July
17, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Old Town Hall, 201 Delaware
Street, New Castle, Delaware 19720.
