Install new modified bitumen flat roofing over existing flat

Remove and replace concrete sidewalk on side and back of house with brick pavers.
- G. Carey – 114 W. 5th Street
Remove and replace roof on house and demo garage in back.
- E. Doering – 111 The Strand
Repair loose stucco and fix rotten wood under stucco. Stucco to match.
- Jennersville Investments – 5 The Strand
Repair roof below dormers & replace existing dormer siding.
- B. Reynolds – 39 E. 4th Street
Replacing 20 pieces of wood siding in kind.
