- Vote on a Bank Resolution No. 2006-21, authorizing payment out of the City’s bank account to pay the first lease payment for the purchase of a new trash truck, in the amount of $44,989.48. (Councilperson Petty – posted: 7-14-06)
Mrs. Churchill made a motion to approve the bank resolution authorizing the first payment for the leasing of the new trash truck for the Public Works department. Mrs. Petty seconded the motion.
Trustees are funding the payments.
Motion passed.
